The total amount due from the client is calculated automatically, depending on the number of days, the number of adults and children and the current price offer for the respective period.<\/li>\n<li>When making online reservations for the purpose of guarantee, it is necessary to pay 100% of the total amount of the reservation at the time of booking, by debit\/credit card or at the latest within the specified period after booking by bank transfer.<\/li>\n<li>RADEYA OOD reserves the right to change the prices and special offers on its website depending on the demand and the currently available vacancies. For reservations already made, confirmed and paid, the amount due does not change, regardless of the new price offers presented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>In case of cancellation or change of an already paid online reservation by the client, RADEYA OOD will refund the amount paid upon request, charging the appropriate penalty:<\/li>\n<li>Changes to a reservation without penalty are made up to 2 days before the check-in date.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation without penalty is made up to 2 days before the check-in date.<\/li>\n<li>In case of change or cancellation after this period, a penalty in the amount of the prepaid deposit is due.<\/li>\n<li>When refunding a paid amount, all transfer costs (bank fees and others) are at the expense of the client. Refunds due to cancellation are made within a 30-day period depending on the payment method, the amounts are refunded only to the bank account from which they were received. Your card details are used only by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>TYPES OF PAYMENTS<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment can be made in 3 different ways:\n<ul>\n<li>1. Electronically with a debit or credit card<\/li>\n<li>We accept payments with Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro cards. When you select this payment method, a payment page of our servicing bank opens, where you enter your card details. If you are registered in the Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode authentication schemes, an authentication page of your Issuing bank opens, where you enter your authentication password. In the event of a successful transaction, a transaction note is displayed on the screen, which you print or save.<\/li>\n<li>Your card details are used only by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us.<\/li>\n<li>To protect you from misuse when paying with your Visa or MasterCard card, we apply the best practices recommended by international card organizations:<\/li>\n<li>Security during entry and transmission of card data is ensured by using the SSL protocol to encrypt the connection between our server and the payment page of our servicing bank.<\/li>\n<li>The authenticity of your card is verified by entering a security code (CVV2).<\/li>\n<li>In addition, to identify you as a cardholder, the e-commerce payment server of our servicing bank supports the authentication schemes of international card organizations &#8211; Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode, in case you are registered to use them.<\/li>\n<li>At the time of online booking, the mentioned amounts will be automatically withdrawn from your card upon completion of the payment process.<\/li>\n<li>From a security point of view, the maximum amount for payment by card is 3,000 leva.<\/li>\n<li>2. By bank transfer<\/li>\n<li>Payment of the specified amount must be made no later than the deadline specified after booking. Payment days: up to 2 business days from confirmation, but no later than 1 business day before check-in<\/li>\n<li>3. In cash, at the reception of RADEYA OOD<\/li>\n<li>For reservations with a check-in start date in the next 3 days, it is recommended to choose cash payment at the reception in order to speed up the reservation processing process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>IMPORTANT!<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>If the online reservation is not paid within the specified period and if a copy of the payment document is not sent when paying by bank transfer, your reservation will be automatically canceled by the reservation system.<\/li>\n<li>In case you are prevented from paying the amount for an already made online reservation, please notify us by e-mail: sales@leipzig.bg In case of failure to comply with this condition, RADEYA OOD has the right to seek liability and penalties for made and unpaid reservations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>REFUND<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>In the event that the client cancels their reservation under the above conditions, we will refund the amount using the same payment method used for the reservation.<\/li>\n<li>Refunds of amounts paid by bank card or bank transfer can only be made to the bank card or bank account used for payment. All bank fees for this transaction are at the expense of the client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>RADEA OOD undertakes to provide the client with the full amount of the services requested and paid for by him.<\/li>\n<li>RADEA OOD undertakes not to change the price of the services requested by the client, except in exceptional cases when this is economically justified.<\/li>\n<li>RADEA OOD is not liable for damages caused by actions of third parties.<\/li>\n<li>Amounts for services requested but not used in whole or in part due to the client&#8217;s fault are not refunded.<\/li>\n<li>The client assumes responsibility for observing generally accepted standards of good conduct during his stay at the hotel. All costs for material damage caused to the hotel are borne by the client.<\/li>\n<li>RADEYA OOD reserves the right to change the information on this page and the general terms and conditions at any time. Although every effort is made to provide true and accurate information, this cannot always be guaranteed.<\/li>\n<li>When a client makes a reservation, it is considered that he has become familiar with these general terms and conditions and agrees with them. Reservations accepted by phone, e-mail or through our website are considered an emerging contractual relationship.
